If you sleep with the door to the closed bedroom, it is time to review because a Dutch study says that air should circulate freely in space in order to get better sleep.
In fact, in their publication, they report that when the door is closed, the carbon dioxide levels that we release when we breathe grow and that makes it hard to sleep.
In the research, 17 healthy students attended, who for five straight days slept with the closed door and the other five days with an open window to cool the air. Throughout the study, the students responded to a corresponding questionnaire.
Based on measurements and responses given by participants, researchers concluded that the lowest <x0-level carbon dioxide cells help us to sleep deeper, better, and less sleep interruption”.
When participants closed their room door or window, carbon dioxide levels reached 1,150 ppm (a measure for the content and proportions of a million), and fell about half to 717 pm when they opened or opened the door or window.
