Israeli defence forces have more quality than other armies of the countries of the region. Enough here to remember this country's air force, Reporter's broadcast.
This ranking drafted by experts is based on increased operational military skills throughout the region, but also on artillery and technology.
The report drafted by two experts: Patrick Megahan and Chris Hammer, U.S. naval combat expert.
The reasons because Israel stands high on the list are several; success in the fight against Syria and Israel in 1967 and 1973, as well as against Palestinian groups.
The report also underscores that the fact that Israel has a visible advantage in the region comes due to close relations with the US and investments in its defence industry, including space assets, highly advanced combat aircraft, fears and nuclear weapons.
Unlike other armies in the region, Israel can mobilize military forces at a very rapid time, not only in the region but also in the world is a record. Unlike other armies, such as Turkey, Syria, and finally Egypt, the Israeli army has never attempted military coups within the country.
Although Turkey and Saudi Arabia have the largest armies and budgets in the Middle East, they are again ranked second and third.
Turkey, with $18 billion available for defence, managed to modernise its army slightly. It is estimated that some of its technology has been processed and produced locally.
Even more dangerous in terms of budget and financial power invested in defence is Saudi Arabia. Its budget is 56 billion dollars, ranking it as the world's fourth spender for the army after the US, China and Russia.
According to “Business Insider” in terms of Arabia's arsenal is second after Israel, but this could change. The Saudi air force may soon be more advanced than the Israelis.
