Ben-Meir, through a post in the official account at '%Facebook', has said that the EU and the US should inform Serbia that Kosovo is an independent state and should recognise it sooner or later.
On the other hand, he has said there is no normalisation of relations between Kosovo and Serbia without mutual recognition between the two countries.
Serbia's Foreign Minister Nikola Sekalovic has said that no one can expect from Serbia to recognise Kosovo's independence.
