They say that by the way you start one morning, you can predict the continuation of the day. Experts are always saying what needs to be consumed, what not. What we must do to be more productive or to avoid.
The recommendations of the morning practices that seem to be healthy at first may become so exhausting and toxic that they lose weight. What are we talking about?
1. Slow Morning Consumption
This is advised to help you stay focused and relaxed while you consume. Of course it's a good thing, but if it doesn't agree with your reality, it might turn you against it. If you have children, the priority is to give them breakfast, prepare them for school, and help them prepare. Making a long and comfortable morning in the middle of an ashtray, for example, will only increase stress levels.
2. Alarm extension.
The fact that we try to extend the minutes of sleep does not lead us to the right solution. By doing so, we simply get ourselves into stress. Listening to the alarm as you fall constantly remember you have things to do and you're always thinking about them. So you don't sleep well or even start the day.

Experts say it's a good way to start the day and it can be true, but if you put it on yourself it'll turn into stress.
4. A To-Do List
Such lists can help manage the anxiety of the moment but not in the long run. The fact that you write down your duties and responsibilities, in mind is perceived as something done, and thus, the likelihood that you can forget about it is great. Instead, list things you have done.
5. Get out of bed now!
Do not do this because you simply put pressure on yourself and load it for the rest of the day. When you've just opened your eyes, stay in bed for “u rested” from sleep.
