The existence of a close link between the welfare of the organism and that of the brain has recently been confirmed by a study published in the magazine”Gertonology”, conducted by a group of researchers from”King Ranchos College” in London.
The study monitored, in some cases and for 10 consecutive years, the physical and mental health of 324 twin couples, ranging from 43 to 73.
Experts praised the speed of aging in terms of each subject's muscle strength and strength of legs.
The monitoring found that, over 10 years, those who had better physical shape and muscle strength on the lower limbs since the study began also had a more restrained age of the brain.
