36 MPs have signed this Friday morning to initiate Ilir Meta's dismissal procedure based on Article 90 points 2 of the Constitution, where cases of when and how the president can be dismissed.
The argument the Socialists will use to dismiss the head of state is his calls made during the election campaign.
The majority is determined to approve the dismissal within this legislature. This is the second time that the current majority in less than 2 years take the initiative to sack the head of state.
