Court makes verdict on suspects in 15-year-old murder and wounding his father in Gradica

This has been made known through a communique for the media by the Pristina Foundation Court.

The Randa Crime Department has approved the Constitutional Prosecutor's request in Pristina for the appointment of the detention measure in the criminal case against indictees J.B. for the criminal offense heavy murder by Article 173 paragraph 1.1 and 1.5 of KPRK and criminal possession or unauthorized possession of weapons by Article 366 paragraph 1 of KPRK, as well as A.B., because of the criminal act of helping to commit gross murder by Article 173 paragraph 1.1 and 1.5 concerning Article 33 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code<1>, becomes known in the report.

The trial of the preliminary procedure, indictees J.B. and A.B. you have set the measure of detention in length of 1 (one) month for each separately, from April 06th 2021, and will last until May 06th, 2021, in line with Article 187 paragraphs 1 subparagraphs 1.1 and 1.22, 1.2.2 and 1.2.3 of the Penal Procedure Code”, the statement said.

The case had occurred on April 6th on a mountain in the village of Gradica and Drenas.

The defendant J.B. on April 06th, 2021, after listening to a saw sawmill cutting wood at the lily, he had taken the defendant A.B. with him. His son and a hunting rifle and car had gone to the scene, at the zabel, respectively, and there the defendant J.B., with his hunting rifles had now deprived the deceased A.M., 15 years old while severely injured B.M.
