The vagina's flexible muscles can be opened and restored to their usual form. With age and births, vagina muscles may lose little strength. Despite the existing myths, however, sex does not have a permanent impact on this vaginal change.
It is the muscles surrounding the vagina that, after they are weakened, cause what is often described as the “extenuation of the vagina”. Why is that happening, and how can we reduce it?
1. Sex
During the sexual act, vagina muscles relax and that allows for penetration. The relaxing of muscles takes place slowly, so it is said that paralo is as important as sex itself. After him, the vagina returns to its form. While there are myths that say that sexual activity affects the spread of the vagina over time, there is no evidence of that.
Two bodies are never the same, and sex with a new partner can give other feelings, so when you try a different position, you can experience the sense of narrowness or expansion of your vagina.

There is physical exercise that helps strengthen the muscles around the vagina. Towels are the most recommended exercise, but to be done considering the following steps:

1. First find the right muscles.

Choose a moment when vaginal muscles are relaxed, and focus on the muscles in your hip.
3. Stay:
Once you feel that you're focused on those muscles, stay in that position for 10 seconds.
4. Get out!
Clear your muscles for three more seconds.
5. Repeat your exercise ten times, and pay attention to your breathing.
The rest of the body must be relaxed. It's good to make 2-3 sets of Kegels exercise during the day and within six months you can feel the first changes.
Another option is surgical intervention, but it is recommended when the vagina or the womb has changed its original position and begins to cause pain or discomfort. So far, there are no scientific drugs or creams that affect vagina narrowing.
