Rama on Friday, after Albania received the first doses of “AstraZenecas” vaccine, promised to provide assistance to Kosovo by offering vaccines for health staff.
However, in an answer to time.net, Zemaj has agreed to speak whether to receive the vaccines promised by Albania. He has said that Kosovo already has plans designed how the vaccine will be developed, even though no anti vaccines still exist - CO VID s is in Kosovo.

Kosovo is among the few states left without vaccines even though authorities had said that such a thing would happen in February. Their promises now are that vaccines will come in late March. The first vaccine is expected to be from the COVAX programme.
