Mobile phones are an inexhaustible source of entertainment, but if you don't break off your device even when you go to bed, it can cause certain problems.
A recent study showed that 90% of Americans use an electronic device ( TV, phone, computer, video game keyboards, etc.) before going to bed.
The problem is, if you use your cell phone before bedtime, your body and brain don't have enough time to relax. Also, if you play video games, you can easily lose your time and fall asleep later than necessary.
It's better to keep your phone in another room, not where you sleep. In that way, even if you feel the desire to use it, it will be harder to get up and get to it, and it will begraphed.
Causes an Anxious Sleep cycle
By not using the phone before you go to bed, you will reduce exposure to “blue”, which can seriously spoil your sleep rate. Blue light, basically, gives your brain a false signal that it's still the day outside, thus reducing the secret of the melatonin.
As in the preceding case, it is best to stop using the phone an hour before going to bed.
A little advice for tonight
If you want to improve your sleep, here's a simple trick. Leave your cell phone in another room. If you need it because it wakes you up in the morning with an alarm, keep it at least a meter away from where you sleep.
That way you can kill two ʹmies with one shot. First, your phone will be far away, which makes you less likely to use it, and second, in case of alarm, you'll have to stand up, so wake up will be more efficient.
