According to him, the government “Kurti ll” is the hope the state will function well and without corruption.
Vlasi says it remains to be seen whether Kurti will fulfil the promises given to voters.
This is the government of hope that the state will function better. Without corruption and stable and responsible institutions. It remains to be seen if Mr. Kurti will fulfill his voters' promises and expectations”, he has said.
As for the issue of electing the president, Vlasi says the chances are for Vjosa Osmani to be resolved in the third round.
“Vyosa Osmani has the chance to elect presidents. At least in the third vote when it will get the votes of MPs voting Government. Plus some of the LDK deputies. Opposition parties have the opportunity to propose a candidate under Article 86 of the Constitution. But in the third vote, Mrs. Osmani has a higher chance of”, Vlads said in a pronomination for the IndexOnline portal.
Vlases cites the fact that Osman's former party may not have unanimous on the issue.
If the LDK takes a stand to vote on Osman, which is possible, then it will be resolved in the first vote. But in the LDK there may be no unanimity for this”, he stressed.
Otherwise, the president's election is done by two-thirds of the votes of all Parliament deputies. If this fails in two rounds, the third vote -- where the president's presidential contender should have at least 61 votes -- should still be in the hall of 80 deputies from 120 as far as the Kosovo Assembly has.
