Whether these frequent meetings with Norwegian diplomats is known, Kurt is doing them to advance any particular political agenda.
From a simple search on Vetevendosje's Facebook page, it turns out Kurti has not so often even met Albania's ambassador to Kosovo, Mr. Minxhozi Kemal [four times] or American, Philip Costnet. /Periscope
