The first round will decide which teams are promoted and brought down to the A and B leagues before the second round to take place in the spring of 2022. The first round matches in groups will take place between August 1st and November 14th.

The League B in A League is promoted after the first qualifying round of six group winners, as well as the second best team, until from League A to B falls the last seven teams in groups. The second round tournament will be withdrawn at the end of 2021, where later the seven winners of League A groups in the qualifications held in the spring will join Bosnia and Herzegovina in the U17 European finals in the summer of 2022.
