Hamza mentions Kurti's absences: Where is military service and where is the sovereign fund?

He has said that the candidate candidate from VVI ranks, Albin Kurti, left several issues outside his experiment. According to him, Kurt has repeatedly mentioned these matters while now he no longer mentioned them.
