After eight years as a gym instructor, and sometimes spending over four hours on a bicycle, Charlie Atkins, founder of Le Sweat at the podcast “The Well Good”, says her body “could endure in”.
It, along with other financial experts, speaks of the importance of thinking that people should have about physical activity and that the mentality “anything or nothing” can be harmful and exhausting.
Atkins says that these days, she has replaced her marathon sessions and a busy finish routine and is now trying even a walk, as one of her favorite ways of moving.
All I'm doing right now is go ahead. I'm getting a little less exercise, I'm eating better and spending more time on myself. I've never felt better. ”
Other instructors say they have begun taking 1-2 days off training to replace it with a walk or a walk with their dogs.
So if training is beginning to feel like “a forced task”, is a rhythm change recommended?
Experts claim that any action you make during the day is important. More importantly, you're moving!
Dove Harry Pino, physicalologist, says:
I always tell people, just go out and walk. In 10 minutes, at least do something. You'll feel much, much better. ”
