Gashi: LDK MPs finally decide whether to vote for President Vjosa Osman

The head of the Democratic League of Kosovo will hold a meeting today where it is expected to make decisions on the issue of electing the president, which Vjosa Osmani aims at, who emerged from the LDK after being dismissed from all leading party positions, to win later in the general elections [...]
LDK Parliamentary Group chief Arben Gashi has told Express that the final decision on the president's case, but also on other issues, will be taken at the assembly's assembly of MPs. Gashi has said the LDK Parliamentary Group's gathering will be held today.
The parliamentary group's meeting will certainly be held, but at another time. For any decision in the country we hold parliamentary group meetings and the decision is made in Parliamentary Group”, Gashi said.
The representative of the LDK deputies' positions has said he does not know when exactly the parliamentary group's meeting will be held to decide on the issue of electing the president, but has added that these meetings are usually held one day before the session or the day it is held.
“We are in constant co-ordination with the Parliamentary Group. We usually meet before the session one day or on the day of session”, Gashi said.
He has declined to say whether Vjosa Osman is going to vote for president himself. Gashi did not want to show even the presence of LDK deputies in the case.
LDK Chairman Lumir Abdixhiku, following early parliamentary elections, has met at least twice with Vjosa Osmani to discuss the possibility that the party's MPs support him for presidential election.
