So has Kosovo rapporteur Violet von Cremon announced in a Twitter post, where she said the debate on her report will begin around 11:00.
With 50 votes per, ten against and nine abstentions, the Commission for Foreign Policy The EP has adopted the Kosovo report in February, in which five EU states, which have not recognised Kosovo, once again are called for.
Spain, Slovakia, Romania, Cyprus and Greece are five EU member states have not recognised Kosovo's independence.
