Citizens got thrown out because they didn't wear a dog mask, they speak from the police.

The police had warned the female with the E.H. initials, because her dog was in town, on the streets, and without a mask.

E.H., in this case, according to the police, had ignored councils from law officials and reacted to them as aggressive.

In the police state that when the citizen ID was asked in question, and when the police were beginning to pronounce the fine, E.H., it was launched along with the dog in front of the cops, hitting and insulting them.

Police officials claim that in self-defence they had used tear extinguishers.

A video published in the media shows a part of this event, which the citizen says is eight months old and has never shown signs of aggression. She even listens and is seen threatening the police openly after she had been thrown into the face.

According to police, citizens have been ordered fines under the law of 03 L-142, Article 12 paragraph 2, and Article 16 paragraph 3.

In Law No. 03L-1242, “Public order and tranquillity” which speaks of the verbal attack, says that anyone who uses offensive words in the public country in order to provoke corruption of order and public calm is punished for wrongdoing.

“The head of counters from paragraph 1 of this article is fined by a fine of thirty to five hundred (500) Euro or prison sentences of up to 40 (40) days”, the law says.

And Article 12 of the same law on “Anyone in the public land who does or has animals without supervision or protection is punished for wrongdoing.

“The head of the pre-array in paragraph 1 of this article is sentenced to fines of fifty (50) to five hundred (500) Euro”, says Article 12 of the law in question.
