Yesterday in the media it was reported that the Constitutional Court in Pristina has approved the Special Prosecutor's request for the withdrawal of arrest warrants against Milan Radojicic, who was suspected of criminal activity “Partnership or organisation of the organised criminal group”.
Milan Radoic has been at large by means of a paper listing about the murder of former Serbian politician in Kosovo, Oliver Ivanovic. Radojic is allegedly participating in Ivanovic's organisation and murder.
Vuciq has reacted to this case by saying that “we knew all the time that Radociq did not participate in the murder of Oliver Ivanoviq”.
I've read the news, but I'm not sure exactly what's there, because I never believe it until a few days pass, so I'm not sure what the Albanian authorities in Pristina said. I have informed you of this several times”, Vuciq said.
He says Serbian authorities questioned Radociqi and that, unlike others, he passed polygraph.
“He fell on other topics, but he passed the case of Oliver Ivanovic's assassination,” said Vuciq.
“is being shown what those stories were and how groundless they were. Who will return the man who accused us now? A country's president was charged with participating in a murder,”, the Serbian president said.
