Former Thaci advisor: Special Court Is Political, Not Legal

Former President Hashim Thaci's adviser, Adil Behramaj, says Special Speaker Ekaterina Trendafilova has filed a confidential report he made before European diplomats.

He says he says that with political justification, I have influenced incorrigibly that former KLA leaders are not protected in freedom”.

Even though it has been six years since the Special Court was established, President Ekaterina Trendafilova again in the same mourning has tried to give a deep policy of prosecution against former KLA leaders. It's strange how before any session or decision important, the Special Court always runs something that strikes down the integrity of former KLA leaders.

Since 2011 war crimes claims are being investigated, and currently, despite being arrested, the Special Court is still searching for accomplices to tarnish the KLA war. But continued political mourning, the Special Court has brought only new finances, not even new evidence.

Their inability to legal argument always slips into political argument, where they seem to be more successful. In fact, this reveals the true essence of this court - political nature!
