Russia's Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has named the so-called “agreement for normalisation of relations between Kosovo and Serbia, saying the process does not make it accelerated.
According to the Russian MPJ, a applicable plan that is also acceptable to the public must be drafted.
“We consider every attempt to accelerate the so-called final normalisation between Belgrade and Pristina and set an arbitrary timetable for achieving this as devastating. It is more important to co-ordinate an implementable plan that will also be accepted by the public”, said by Russia's MPJ to Twitter.
