Sahin made that comment until he announced that through a flight they were brought to Kosovo, the first shipment of syringes to be used for a vaccine against COVID-19.
Today's “Flight will bring the first shipment of syringes to be used with vaccines (against) COVID-19 in Pristina. Soon, details of the arrival of vaccines. Together we can give”, he wrote Sahin on Twitter.

On January 5th, in a Facebook post, incumbent Health Minister Armend Zemaj confirmed the security of 500,000 vaccines against COVID-19 by Pfizer pharmaceutical company BioNTech.
But from this company have repeatedly declared to Radio Free Europe that negotiations with Kosovo are still continuing.
At a meeting of the Committee for Co-ordination and assessment of the situation with COVID-19 held on Monday, February 22nd, it has not been discussed at all when the vaccination of Kosovo citizens can begin.
Despite this, AstraZenec and Oxford vaccine, Kosovo is expected to receive it free through the World Health Organization programme, COVAX.
Coalition for Epidemiic Preparation Innovations (CEPI), Alliance for Vacina (GAVI), and World Health Organisation (OBSH) as co-chairman of the international programme COVAX has announced that it plans to launch the first shipment in March to various states.
But several shipments have been made to countries that have met the criteria this week.
Kosovo expects to receive about 100800 doses of AstraZeneca and Oxford vaccine from COVAX.
The COVAX programme aims to disseminate vaccines in poor countries.
