If you exercise in the morning, take a shower as soon as you wake up. It is difficult to wake up from your warm bed knowing that outside is a cold weather and a snow - covered earth.
But a shower first reminds you that you should stop sleeping and that it's time for your exercise.
Prepare your clothes before washing, and don't drink your coffee. The sooner you start to exercise, the better.
