So far it was believed that drinking coffee in the evening caused sleep problems, but this new study, published earlier in August, says otherwise.

785 people attended the study. They were monitored for a total of 5164 days and nights.

The researchers made a note of the use of coffee, alcohol, and nicotine.

 

 

The participants in the study were equipped with an electronic device that was placed on the wrist, which enabled researchers to have a clearer picture of quality and length of sleep.

No connection between Coffee and Sleep Parameters
The study's data showed that nicotine and alcohol have a very negative effect on sleep.

You just have to smoke before you sleep and it'll take you 42 minutes to get some sleep.

The caffeine on the other hand produced no side effects on its sleep quality or duration.

Such long surveillance of caffeine users, nicotine, and alcohol did not reveal any link between coffee drinking and sleep parameters.

The research findings were surprising to the scientific community because it was so far strongly believed that caffeine had the ability to block certain substances in the brain that are responsible for sleep.

Views of caffeine are somewhat contradictory, and its impact differs from person to person.

For example, there are people who can drink the coffee without being disturbed in the evening and sleep the ball.

There are people who can't sleep properly just because they've had coffee in the afternoon.

So far, researchers claimed that if coffee was taken up to three hours before you went to bed, it would ruin your sleep.

How to Keep Coffee Control
AgroWeb.org recommends that if you're sensitive to caffeine consume it until 2: 00 p.m.

The amount of coffee cups should be limited to four a day.

Breakfast is the right time for coffee, and later in the day, you can replace it with tea.
