These disgusting habits, you probably accept them out loud, but they are healthy!

Although we have all heard that it takes 21 days for a custom/just to remain, this statement has not really been proven in practice. According to recent studies, it will take you at least 66 days for a new course of conduct to become automatic. However, not all of our inappropriate habits are [...]
Although we have all heard that it takes 21 days for a custom/just to remain, this statement has not really been proven in practice. According to recent studies, it will take you at least 66 days for a new course of conduct to become automatic. However, not all of our inappropriate habits are truly so terrible that we consider them to be what we have learned.
Urinate in the shower
It may be inappropriate to talk about urination in loud showers, but researchers found that nearly 75% of people have done it at least once in their lives.
Actually, there's nothing to be ashamed of about uric acid and ammonia in your urine can help you prevent infection in your toes. Also, if you decide to urinate while showering, you can save money on your water bill and toilet paper.
Spit
The spit may seem disgusting, especially if it is done in public places. After training, however, it can help you to breathe more easily.
When we practice, we tend to breathe through our mouth, and this causes it to produce more saliva that interferes with our respiratory patterns. So it's perfectly normal to get rid of the excess mucus produced after the run by spit on it. Just try not to do it in the middle of the road.
Hit (intensively) gum
Although chewing gum has no nutrients, it has been scientifically confirmed that chewing it helps in studies, perhaps better than caffeine. Gum can help you to focus, sharpen your memory, reduce stress, and balance hormones by increasing the cortisol level.
You have gas
Even if you are unaware, your body releases gas about 14 times a day and about 3-5 times during sleep. As a rule, your digestive leaf starts producing carbon dioxide and methane about six hours after eating and gases help your body get rid of it. If you try to keep the gases inside, it can cause pain or inflate.
Gromaine
An area after a large meal is good for your stomach, helping to relieve it from the air. However, if you happen to consult a doctor very often during the day.
Eat your nails
When you bite your nails, you consume some of the bacteria that are above them and below them. This causes your immune system to begin producing white blood cells that help combat these bacteria. Your body also records bacteria in its bank of memory, so if a certain bacterium is encountered for the second time, you will already have lymphocytes that are able to overcome it.
You Don't Wash Too Often
If you shower every day, you are removing some essential oils from your skin and hair that are necessary to keep you hydrated and protected. Hot water without soap can also destroy many useful bacteria that the skin needs. So it's perfectly natural and even healthy for you to bypass showers once or twice a week.
