Rome has been forced to improvise in defence, as Chris Smalling, Roger Ibanez and Davide Santon are injured, while Albanian Maras Cumbula is on the bench.
Edin Dzeko and Nicolo Zanolo are also missing, so Borja Mayor will play alongside Henrik Mkhitaryan and Laurenzo Pellegrin.
Milan still misses Ishmael Bennacher and Mario Mandzukic.
