Declares on social networks selling vote under agreement, arrested by police

In the evening hours of February 12th, 2021, police investigators within the Skenderaj Police Station have identified and interviewed a person suspected of criminal bribery or taking bribes in connection with voting.

According to the Kosovo Police's report, investigative actions have been undertaken by the prosecutor's authorisation, on allegations that the suspect on a social networking site has reportedly sold his vote under the agreement.

As a result of investigative actions, suspect K has been located and identified. G., 20, citizen of the Republic of Kosovo, who has been associated with the interview.

While after the interview by order of the prosecutor of the case, the suspect has been released in regular procedure.

Case has been initiated against him for the criminal act of giving or taking bribes in connection with Article 212 voting.
