It's known as the nearest house in London” and is for sale for $1.3 million. The house, according to the real estate agency, Winkworth, is only 6 feet [1.8 m] wide and built on five floors, with an area of 1,034 square meters.
The property, which once served as a hat store, is in western London. It's weird, nice and brilliant for fun. It started out like a hat store and was later changed by a fashion photographer,” said David Myers, Winkworth's agent.
According to the agency, the basement level has a kitchen, a dining room and glass doors, while the first floor contains a waiting room.
The spiral ladders stick to the second floor, where there is a study room and a bedroom. On the third floor is the toilet, a dressing room, and a shower. At the top of the house is the main bedroom.
According to Winkworth, design has access to a luxury yacht that uses small spaces to the maximum.
The house may seem strange, but it's not about places like London where land is taxed from the width.
