We have published many cases from various countries in Albania, where animals are treated inhumanally - killed, poisoned, or left uneasily for several days until they die. This is the case in Pogradec.
In a post in Instagram, Arsalbania has suggested that the municipality of Pgradec has employed people only to catch and transport dogs to a warehouse on the outskirts of the city.
Dogs are then left in terrible conditions until they are dead.
Dogs are kept indoors, without food as temperatures rise to -12 degrees Celsius.
Even after four years, the situation appears the same, and the Pogradec municipality has recently repeated the event, where it has tied about 40 dogs to tree trunks between snow and frost.
According to Arsalbania, the Pogradec municipality has reacted and said it is a finger at this event and that the responsible person is precisely the employee who tortured the dogs he captured in the city. The municipality has made an anonymous, nameless, and surname for the person in question.
