Bahtiri said that in municipalities in northern Mitrovica, there are major irregularities, so he hopes the CEC will cancel the elections there.
The situation in the north is alarming, there are major irregularities, voting the same people in several municipalities -- Zvecan, Leposaviq and Zubin Potok. I hope the CEC cancels these elections and normal elections are held”, Bahtiri told the signal.
While in southern Mitrovica, Bahtiri said that at large centres, citizens are waiting for hours to vote.
There have been no irregularities so far and we hope there will be no South Mitrovica. There are large numbers of voters, in large centres, waiting for hours. We are waiting to vote 34 thousand voters“, he added further.
According to CEC updated data, 22983 citizens have voted so far in southern Mitrovica.
At the Kosovo level are 578,670 citizens who have voted, where the largest number is in Serb majority municipalities.
