The brush is the most important tool for oral hygiene, and it should also be very careful with it. Everyone wants to have white teeth and exciting smiles, but the way we care for the brush is often wrong. Below are some mistakes that many of us make with the toothbrush. Follow them carefully!
Replacing brushes in Wrong Places
The toothbrush must stay in an open area but not in damp places and not where bacteria can be contacted. Never forget that the brush is protected by a cover, but first you must let it dry and then put it there. The protective cover significantly prevents the introduction of bacteria. Even if you travel, the brush must be covered to protect the wires.
Don't change your brush for a long time
Dr. Ramzi Matar, representative of the “Minister Park Family Dentistry”, recommends changing the brush once every 3-4 months, but also in cases when you have passed a flual state or another virus. If its strands have begun to be damaged, the replacement may become more often.

Do not choose the right brush
To choose a good brush means to have your teeth healthier and without damaging the lily. The British Tooth Health Society recommends the use of soft, steady brushes that can reach any part of the mouth. But you also need to be careful with your supportive tail, which is sometimes quite delicate. Some dentists recommend using electronic brush because of excellent results in tooth cleaning.
Pre-use Water Relief
Dr. Ramzi Matar says this is not necessary. If the brush is stored in clean, open, and covered with a lid, it does not need to be rinse before use.
You don't use it in the inside.
A soft brush is able to clear every tooth in its mouth. But many people often neglect cleaning the inside of their teeth even because of the wrong brush and hard fibers. If you don't use your brush properly, your teeth will form layers and be damaged by the buildup of careers in the inner layer.
