Whenever you get ready to sleep, your body wants to feel warm and comfortable. How, though, can this always happen if temperatures drop and decline? Fevering temperatures also affect the room's environment, and if you feel cold before you go to bed, you will stop sleeping, and tomorrow you will wake up tireder.
How can you help your body to feel relaxed and warm during the cold winter nights? To balance your body's optimum temperature before sleep, there are some simple tricks that help to increase temperature despite cold weather outside.

1. Do some exercise before you go to sleep. This will help you to warm your muscles and feel better.
2. Have a hot beer. Kamomili is a very good choice.
3. Take a hot shower.
4. Wear cotton and warm clothing. Eliminate synthetic materials and those that keep you cold.
5. Keep some extra blankets next to the bed. Even if night cools, the solution is close.
6. Keep a bottle filled with hot water under the sheets. It helps you to feel more comfortable and keeps you warm for a long time.
