Sleep makes you better. It's a fact confirmed by science. The results of a recent study conducted by some Swedish scholars have shown the positive effect of a healthy sleep. The longer you sleep, the healthier and more beautiful you are. At the start of the study, published in “British Medical Journal” was John Axelsson from the “Karolinska” Institute in Stockholm.
Researchers have analyzed some people's sleep from 18 to 31, photographing them. The first time they were forced to sleep eight hours, only five hours later. The triggers have become perfectly natural, with no makeup at all. The result? The signs of fatigue were more evident among those who had only five hours of sleep. The most attractive resulted in those who had slept longer. In short, they're already talking eyes, but live on the facial marks, able to figure out how much you slept the night before.
