The way we live, including our diet, can help determine how healthy we are.
Much depends on genetics, and some diseases or problems are inherited, but it also depends on what we eat and drink.
Much of one thing, or very little, can make us sick in different ways. Of course, there are many diet choices that can help us reduce the risk of having a serious health problem as a heart attack.
Studies have shown that our eating breakfast can cause future problems.
Could it increase the risk of a heart attack by morning?
One study found that males who overlook breakfast have a higher risk of a heart attack. Research revealed that men who overlook breakfast are 27 percent more likely to develop a heart attack or develop heart disease.
It is also believed that other health problems can occur as a result of this common trait of eating.
“Bours that leave breakfast are more likely to increase weight, develop diabetes, have hypertensions and have high cholesterol”, said Eric Rimm, associate author and professor of epidemiology and nutrition at Harvard School.
