Trial of Salih Mustafa in The Hague, hearing SPS witness at closed session

The Witness who holds the code of E0476 has answered the court's questions, led by Judge Mapie Veldt-Foglia.
Before that, at the beginning of the session, Mustafa's defence, lawyer Julius Von Bone has raised an issue, but the discussion has also been closed to the public.
While during the testimony she gave yesterday, the SPS witness has spoken of her presence on the mountain of the village of Zlath where, according to her, a person has been exhumed.
She said she went there with the victim's father, but there were other people present.
According to the witness, there was another person buried there, but he said the other tomb hadn't been touched since they didn't know whose body is there.
Most of its testimony, even during yesterday's day, has continued to be closed to the public and has not become known its role in the event it says has been present.
With the court's questions, the hearing of this witness has ended, while the eighth witness carries the E04391 code and is expected to be heard Monday on November 22nd.
In judging Mustafa so far have completed their testimony of six witnesses, all protected, whose identity has not been disclosed to the public.
The trial has begun on 15 September 2021 and is the first in Kosovo's Specialised Chambers in The Hague, and Salih Mustafa is the first arrested by the Special.
The Act on Mustafa was confirmed on June 12, 2020, while he was arrested on September 24th last year, on a war crimes claim.
He is standing at The Hague's detention centre, while in his statement to the court, Salih Mustafa has been declared innocent.
