When you say “together” it looks like the perfect word for a couple of lovers, but that's where reality is harder than we think. Being stuck in a routine, not having your space, and spending all your time with a single person (Despite your emotions) can become exhausting.
More time than is needed with a mate, it is accompanied by consequences in the couple's relationship as well as by themselves. What can you do to restore passion?
1. Avoid wasting time with friends and family
Just because you're in a relationship and you feel comfortable doesn't mean neglecting other relationships. Communication and going out with a single person create addiction, fear of separation, anxiety, and bad thoughts. Say this, each of you should spend time alone with family and friends.
2. Instead of assuming, it's better to ask
You better reflect on your partner's needs, how can you help them or make them a little happier. Have you ever asked the question “what pisses you the most off of me”?
3. Try to understand the reason behind their frustration
Communicating and engaging in special activities together. Get out of the way.
4. Find balance between time and time
It's very important to spend time with yourself. Don't turn the link into a toxic report killing each other.
5. Hard Situations Go Pass With Humor
Even if you are in the midst of a fight, a pleasant gesture will change the atmosphere, so make your mood part of every moment.
6. Focus on Your Partner's Good Things
Instead of thinking about how confusing it is, remind yourself how good a father is to your children and how loyal to you. These leave everything else in the shadows.
