Hormones help in the body's main processes, including metabolicism and reproduction. When you are suffering from hormonal dysbalca (disease) disorder, it means that you have many (or less) of a certain type of hormone. Even smaller changes can result in various effects on the body. Think of them as a recipe for cooking. More or less of the designated ingredient will affect the final product.
As with everything else about hormonal disorder, the body gives its marks. How do you know your hormones are in dissonic?
You're tired.
Fatigue is one of the most frustrating symptoms for a doctor, for there may be many causes. If you're tired after a week of exams or long - term work, you're all right. But if you're constantly tired, if you notice weight gain and appetite swing, you may suffer from a reduced thyroid activity. It happens to everyone, but if yours is crazy, then it would be a doctor's visit.
Skin Changes
You're out again. They may be the reason for your failure to keep your face clean before you sleep for several nights in a row, but they may also indicate something else. Acts in adults show high testosterone levels. The doctor will recommend medication to regulate hormone levels and clean your face.
Raising Hair
We're talking about a very rapid growth. If you have beards for a month or if you see dark hair coming out of your chest, arms, or back, there's something wrong with your hormones.
Strange Periods
Like fatigue, changes in the menstrual cycle have many factors such as fatigue, low estrogen levels, or police syndrome and ovaries.
Saturation at night
If you sweat at night (in a cool room) it can be a sign of low estrogen levels and rare ovation, otherwise called vegetablepause. That's 10 years before you go through menopause. If you want to know if you are passing an early menopause (at 40 years of age), consult your doctor.
