Meanwhile, CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi has indicated that the numbering of diaspora votes will begin today at 18:00, until he has announced that the number of votes for Dragash, Junik and Mamusa will take place in the presence of the media due to suspicion raised.

Dragashi, Junik and Mamusa are three municipalities where the majority votes could lead to change, since the distance between the post-run candidates is too small.
CEC spokesman today had provided details about the number of votes from the diaspora.
“over Tuesday, November 16th, the Central Election Commission will begin with the count of ballots which have been sent from outside Kosovo during the vote period of October 29th, November 12th. The CEC's voter service has already made the assessment of the alleged 1,571 packaged packages coming through mail. From the evaluation process, it turns out that from these packages the number of individualised envelopes with leaflets is 2,658, out of which 2,379 have been approved, while after having failed to meet the legal criteria, 279 packages have been rejected. These ballot papers belong to 19 different municipalities”, Elesi indicated.
