In an online video reported to be made from 6 November to 7 November, hundreds are seen waiting for aircraft from Damascus organized into co-ordination between Belarus, Russia and Bashar al-Assad Government in Syria.
Their destination was Minsk, and from there the border with Poland that has already become Europe's main crisis site.
Most of the migrants are reported to be Iraqi Kurds, Ruslan Trad reports, Periscope is followed.
All of this is being seen by European Union as an attempt by authoritarian leader Lukashenko To avenge the sanctions the bloc has imposed on his country.
