According to Kurti, thermoelectrics that would use gas to produce electricity did not have 2000 megawatts, but 200 megawatts, Periscope follows.
“It's not supposed to fund the MCC. It's still supposed to be us taking credit. But, in capital spending, the MCC would help 25%. Meanwhile, operational spending is 60% of capital expenditures. We have to be careful what price citizens finally pay. This isn't over, but we have to be careful what we're going to do next”.
