While answering additional questions from prosecutor Valeria Bolic, witness Pumper said that package 3 documents included references to information and witness data.
According to her, the data in this package was not made public by the SPS.
Prosecutor Bolic: Regarding package 3, you were asked some questions about the privacy of that document. My question is, package 3 relates to SPS investigations?
Witness Pumper: Yes, it does.
Prosecutor Bolic: This document contains any information, what do you know, that wasn't made public by the SPS?
Witness Pumper: For all I know, it wasn't public.
Prosecutor Bolic: It included names of witnesses that ZPS interviewed?
Witnessing Pumper: Yeah.
Prosecutor Bolic: Did reference to information and data from these witnesses include?
Witness Pumper: Yeah.
Prosecutor Bolic: What do you know, the ZPS has ever made a name or proof or information public, given by its witnesses?
Witness Pumper: Not as far as I know.
This is the sixth day that SPS investigator Zdenka Pumper, SPS witness in the trial against Hysni Gucatit and Nasim Harandinaj, is being heard in The Hague.
Former OVL heads- KLA, Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj are staying in custody in The Hague from 25 September 2020, when they were also arrested in Pristina.
Haradinaj's shell is accused of criminal acts against administration of justice, namely obstructing official persons in performing official duties, fearing witnesses, revenge and violating the secret of the procedure.
In the organization they were running, there were several packages allegedly containing documents derived from the Special Prosecutor's Office. All of this they had made public through media conferences and other public presentations.
