Kurti in the February 14th elections, along with Vjosa Osman, won over 50 per cent of the vote. There were enough votes to vote the government, but not the president.

A month after Geci's post, Vjosa Osmani had been elected president. Corum had done it to the LDK until Kurti had grouped a PDK deputy. It had secured two votes of the Serbian List and one of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo.

Paparaci, has provided a recording of a conversation between Gani Geci and Shaban Kilayt, who spoke on Kurt's behalf.

After publishing the post in FB, Shaban Kilaj had called Gani Geci, asking her to erase the post. He had received an answer from Geci: “Never”.

I had prayed from Earth to Heaven... With heck that write”, says Kilaj.

During the conversation, Geci reminds him that she has been asked if Kurt had sent her. He confirms it. Kilaj laments why Geci had made his going home public, naming it a cut in Beth. But Geci admits that it's not a pledge but a business trip.

In February 2013, Kilay was accused along with Malisheva's former leader of misuse of American visas.

The founding prosecutor in Pristina had filed charges against Shaban Kilaj, Xhavit Krasniqi and Burim Hoxha for criminal work “smuggling with migrants”, and against Januz Kastarti, former deputy minister in the Ministry of Trade and Industry, for criminal work “Using official task”.

According to the indictment of defendants Shaban Kilaj, Xhavit Krasniqi and Burim Hoxha, in 2010, 2011, have been involved in smuggling migrants.

The defendant Shaban Kilaj has provided invitations to official US trips to the top of senior government officials, in which invitations were included even persons who were not government officials”, the prosecution's announcement said.

Meanwhile, Xhavit Krasniqi and Burim Hoxha, according to the Prosecutor, I had submitted requests for verbal marks to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, presenting these persons as government officials, as if members of delegations.

After issuing verbal notes “defendant Shaban Kilaj has managed to secure official visas at the US Embassy in Skopje for a total of nine people who later emigrated to the US”.

According to the indictment, former Deputy Prime Minister Januz Kastrati has used his official position because he has asked his assistant, defendant Burim Hoxha, to prosecute the invitation to official US travel, even though he has known that two people -- involved in the delegation's invitation -- were no officials at all in the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
