Kosovo's incumbent Prime Minister, Avdullah Hoti, accompanied by Democratic League of Kosovo chairman (LDK), Isa Mustafa and the leader of this party paid tribute to former President Ibrahim Rugova's tomb on the 15th anniversary of his death.
Mustafa from there said that the LDK, Kosovo and Albanians are feeling the absence of Ibrahim Rugova's image, which, as he emphasises, is a special contribution to Kosovo's freedom and independence.
The “Even the LDK, as well as Kosovo, but Albanians as a whole feel the lack of a historical figure, which made a special and irreparable contribution to freedom, democracy and independence”, Mustafa said.
He has also shown that the LDK is committed to following the path conveyed by Rugova, which he adds no one except The LDK cannot inherit this path.
“I am here to express the attitude and dedication of the Democratic League of Kosovo so that we can follow the path that President Rugova has conveyed and bequeathed to us and that no one can inherit this path except the LDK and those who stay, work and act so that the work, idea and contribution of President Rugova become permanent work in Kosovo and outside Kosovo”, he said.
