He says that “in the Gjakova municipality, Malisheva, Rahoveci, Drenas and Suhareka has had partial flows, while AME teams are on the ground acting on the need and circumstances”, Veliu writes.
Status:
Based on the overall assessment of the situation on the ground, today I've asked the Agency for Emergency Management (AME) to raise the level of national level readiness.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs, through AME, with added attention, is forwarding the current state of partial flooding as a result of rainfall.
So far in the Gjakova municipality, Malisheva, Rahoveci, Drenas and Suhareka there have been partial flows, while the AME teams are on the ground acting according to the need and circumstances.
In other municipalities the situation is currently calm and under control.
The AME will coordinate all operational operations with municipal headquarters to intervene where necessary, but also to assist these headquarters both by personnel and by means.
The MPB will inform citizens in the event of worsening the current situation.
