The government allows MSA to negotiate for anti-Condavit vaccine without public procurement procedures

The government of the Republic of Kosovo has held electronic meetings, with the Health Ministry proposal adopted the decision to exclude Article 3 of the Public Procurement Law in the Republic of Kosovo for negotiating the contract to secure anti vaccines - CO VID 19

The first document reviewed and approved by the government cabinet has been the Government's Labour Report for June-December 2020.

The following “has also been considered and approved Adjusting to the regulation and manner of bringing visitors to the space of the Memorial Complex “Adem Jashari” in Prekaz. Two Administrative Guides have received the approval of the Government, Administrator Guide for the Protection and Treatment of the Children of Criminal Acts under the rule of criminal responsibility and Administrative Guidance for Enforcement of Justice Mike to the Child in the Criminal, Civil and Administrative Procedure. The government cabinet, after the review, has also approved the initiative for linking the Memorandum of Co-operation between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the Government of the Republic of Northern Macedonia to prevent and combat violent extremism and terrorism. With the decision adopted by the government cabinet, measures have been approved for implementation of the 2021 Economic Recovery Programme, worth two hundred twenty-two million and four hundred thousand euros (222,400,000). The government has also approved the decision on early adoption of the current budgetary divisions for the Ances and Paraseta Electoral Panel, for all budgetary categories aimed at managing early elections for the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, according to the request of the Electoral Panel for Acces and Prefix” on January 8, 2020.

Acting on the Health Ministry's proposal, the decision on changing general and specific measures has been approved for protection from the Pandemia Covid-19 in the Republic of Kosovo.
