Today, what we've been saying since June 3, 2020, was formalized!
A case that will be remembered in the history of constitutional violations where for more than 6 months an unelected government resulting from a large deal with former President Thaci was unjustly taking the will of citizens and election winners, but that such shopping did not last long because the day of voting was neither minimally in line with constitutional requirements.
Etem Arifi's vote made June 3rd the event, which, along with Thaci's decree, has essentially violated the spirit of democracy in Kosovo.
Citizens have previously expected this decision so that the consequences would be minimal, but for unexplained reasons, the decision was published today on January 6, 2021!
If this decision had been taken in July 2020 of all the damage we have addressed not only to us but to the citizens, it would have been avoided, especially the removal of reciprocity with Serbia, the mismanagement of pandemic and lost lives, the questioning of Kosovo's sovereignty, the halting of property concept, ownership of Wyman, procrastination in the establishment of the Institute for War Crimes, etc.
Now is the day to reflect deeply on this violation of the institutions of our democracy and to organize it so that it never happens again.
On the other hand, trying to create peaceful, baseless, and inaccurate circumstances by putting all of them and all of the works in a bag are unacceptable and fallible.
We've always warned you when someone tried to violate democracy and even though they've done instructions, in the end what we've said and so it's always going to be because we're the wing of law and we've never targeted something we don't deserve!
