“Berat Ités my Love” is condemned by the court, beaten a girl after taking 230 euros

According to report The Justice Vow, Berat Xhelili was returning from vacation in Albania with a girl until they stopped in Komoran after a separate deal.

There, after the indictment, Berat Xhelily struck the girl with fists and ripped her hair off after a plea involving the 230 euros that Berat had taken from the girl.

The Constitutional Court in Pristina, the branch in Drenas, has declared a condemnation of those accused of slight bodily injury, Berat Jeleli.

The punitive act was announced Monday by Judge Shefqet Baleci after the initial hearing was held.

The accused Xhelili has been fined in many of the 620 euros, in which sentence will be calculated and the time spent in detention from July 19th 2020 to August 18th 2020.

The damaged side, on the other hand, has been instructed in civil conflict.

At the initial session, after reading the indictment on the part of prosecutor Musa Mehaj, the accused has been found guilty of the work being placed on him.

With the plea, prosecutor Mehaj and the defender of the accused, lawyer Berat Peci agreed, proposing that the same act be taken as a facilitating circumstance.

Lawyer Peci, as extenuating circumstances, proposed that it be taken into account and that the same has never been faced with the law, the fact that damaged by the official note has attracted her statement and the same has the good report with his defense and that he has apologised for what has happened.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, on 24 August 2020, has filed charges against accused Berat Jeleli, who has charged him with criminal acts, slight bodily injury, by Article 185 paragraph 1.4 of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code.

According to the indictment, on July 19, 2020, about 10:30, in the village of Komoran, the Crenasis municipality, the defendant because of his immediate disagreements with the injured L. M, the same has exerted physical violence against the injured with the intention of violating her dignity, reports the Justice Vow.

The plan reportedly acted that way, that during the return of the car from past holidays in Albania, they have argued about the money the defendant had received in many of the 230 euros of the injury, and when they arrived in the Comoran, the defendant has used physical force to the same one, punching him in the face drawn by the hair.

The result of these same actions has caused minor bodily injury with temporary health consequences, in the form of scratching in the facial region, pulling the hair forward and hurting two upper teeth, is said to be in the indictment.
