They appealed the sentence, but the Federation of Spain refused to lift that decision, and now Messy must pay the compensation.
Following the 91st article on the disciplinary code, Messy must pay the sentence worth 600 euros a month.
However, Barcelona's former president, Joan Gaspart, has earlier said he will pay that sentence.
