Scientists have found that humans learn/live certain things, even before they are born.
#1 Life of Tastes
Professor Peter Hepper of Queen's University in Belfast conducted a study in which future mothers ate or cut garlic.
The results were quite interesting, as children born of these mothers enjoyed garlic meals at the age of 8-9.
The same goes for carrot juice: The 5-6 - month - old babies, whose mothers drink during pregnancy, loved carrot juice. Hepper says that maybe it's the way children know their parents: They taste the same taste as in the womb.
#2 Listening to Sounds
A group of scientists from Finland did an experiment where two groups of pregnant women listened to lullas every day, respectively. It turned out that children of the first group responded to the songs, while children of the next group were indifferent.
#3 Knowledge of Human Speech
Athena Voulumano, a psychologist from New York University, found that babies respond to adult speech. They're even more <x0 minus sharp” when they hear their native language.
Research helped confirm an important concept: A good acoustic environment is a necessity for babies still in the womb and especially for premature children.
