Is it true that sleeping right after a meal is harmful?
It turns out I do! The first and only action you need to avoid after eating is to lie down, otherwise you may face the following consequences:
1- You'll get high
When lying down, acid moves around the stomach and may have contact with other sensitive parts of the diagnostic system. This leads to a sense of urth, a sense of heartburn, and throat burning.
2-You'll get no sleep!
If you've eaten enough, the digestive system continues to carry out its process even when you sleep. Do not expect comfortable sleep, for more if the meal was heavy.
3- You will urinate too often
Some say that they often have to get up at night to pee. Something like that is related to the caffeine level in the food you consumed. This increases the need to urinate more.
4- You can add weight
We know that you would like to hear this, but going to bed right after dinner affects weight. You've given your body enough time to burn excess calories, so you better stay awake and keep your body in shape!
How many hours do we have to wait after a meal to lie down?
To avoid any kind of numbering problem, at least 3 hours are suggested. After that time, you can sleep your dreams!
